The Mommotti 115SF is a latest generation jerk bait. A slow float action during the pause allows you to make the most of the strike zone, remaining in semi-suspension for a pre-established time before starting up again. In doing so, it attracts the curiosity of the predator who calculates the times by anticipating and forcing his attack.

The secret of its great attractive power that has made it one of the most famous jerk baits in the world in salt water, lies precisely in the calculation of these times of action. All the bait design has been redesigned for the freshwater density.

The smallest model of the Mommotti family, its sinuous swimming distinguishes it from the models of larger size. The 115 seems to find a perfect realization of action, thanks to the internal construction of DCG: Dynamic Center of Gravity.

What is the D.C.G.?

The DCG is an internal system, which basically allows the Mommotti 115 SF to jerk more marked than usual. In practice with the DCG the internal mobile spheres, which are normally blocked in a very narrow space when the lure is swimming, are free to move in a larger space and their backward movement during the jerks creates a greater instability of the lure balance which makes wider skids.
